Tejons Colonel Peppy 2004 Sorrel Stallion
Congratulations to Jane Moulton riding Tejons Colonel Peppy & Lia Savas riding Yo Quiero Cat. They were the 2009 ARHA WORLD CHAMPIONS in Amateur Ranch Sorting. "Peppy" has a super disposition with a willing attitude. He is a very natural athletic horse and is very cow savvy. He debuted in ARHA (American Ranch Horse Association) Shows earning points in several events in 2008.
Continuing his performance career in 2009 Peppy matured more and earned points in Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail, Ranch Cutting, Ranch Reining and Working Cow Horse. Dan & Jane took Peppy to the 2009 ARHA World Show in Tennessee. Peppy & Jane earned 26 Amateur points in Ranch Sorting, Ranch Cutting, Working Ranch Horse and Ranch Riding. Watch for Dan & Jane riding Peppy in the 2010 Show Season

Peppys Red Hot Molly 2009 Sorrel Filly (Tejons Colonel Peppy x Miss Dry Heat)
Tejon Colonel Peppys first foal!!! This filly is out of our broodmare, Miss Dry Heat. She was foaled on May 24th 2009. This photo was taken on April 2nd 2010. She is nearly 14 hands tall and built like her father. Molly is very athletic and we cant wait for her to debut in the performance pen!

MISS DRY HEAT- 1996 AQHA Sorrel Mare
"Storm" a 15.2 hand AQHA Incentive fund mare. Sired by Peppy Dry Bonanza, an own son of Dry Doc. Dry Doc a National Hall of Fame Horse whom earned $85,000 in Cutting and had near 100 Performance Points. Her dam, Thermo Ranch Brand, is an NCHA Money Earner and AQHA World Show Qualifier in Team Penning. Storm has numerous NCHA money earners & proven performance horses on her papers. Storm had limited showing in 2003 earning an AQHA point and money in team penning. In 2004 she was started on barrel racing & pole bending earning more AQHA points and money. Retiring her to the broodmare pen after that. Storm had a 2006 Dun filly and a 2007 Red Dun filly by Brennas Lil Jack, a gorgeous Red Dun performing son of Brennas Kid. She was bred back to Duhons Quixote Joe for 2008 and had another filly. Producing our stallions first foal, Storm had another filly in 2009. Left open for 2010 and being bred this year to Tejons Colonel Peppy for a 2011 foal. Storm is a great mother and easy breeder!

"Chance" a 15.2 hand gray mare. (Real Gun x Silver Bells Katsy x A Silver Bullet)Racing bred on the bottom side. Chances Dam is by A Silver Bullet who was AA on the race track earning over $15,000. Also going back to the Ole Man, Triple Chicks, Three Bars and the legendary Dash For Cash.
